Effective Working Relationships
This programme is designed to provide strategies to identify key relationships, to establish and build these to achieve goals. It will explore ways to work through problems and how to rebuild a relationship after a problem.

The training will cover:

Working Cross-culturally
This training is designed for people with colleagues in other countries, or working locally with culturally diverse work teams and customers. It is desinged to build understanding of our own cultural frameworka so we can appreciate different cultural frameworks and how these impact behaviour and expectations.

The training will cover:
- Cultural difference
- Building understanding of other cultures
- Communication differences
- Management / supervisory expectations
- Cross cultural teams
- Effective meetings
- Handling misunderstanding
- Dealing with disagreement and misunderstanding
Working in Teams
The workshop will explore what makes an effective team, how teams develop and the role of the leader in the development of a team. Participants will be provided with practical ideas to develop their team(s) as well as exploring their own behaviour within a group.

Influencing and Persuading
This workshop is primarily designed for people in organisations who need to increase their level of influence and persuasion when they are not in a position of authority. As well as exploring the interpersonal skills that support influence, the workshop will explore how influence is gained in an organisation and tactics to work with individuals and groups.

The training will cover:
- Influence versus control
- Effective communication for persuasion and influence
- Different styles
- Use of different media
- Planning for influence
- Behaviours that diminish effectiveness
