Management Skills (4 half days)
This course is designed for those managing the front line. The tools and techniques covered will provide a range of practical ways to manage people and achieve results.

The training will cover:

- Key Skills when things go wrong

Content is often modified after the first session to meet the needs the participants.
Performance Management
Performance management covers the fundamentals of performance management including how to manage challenging situations. It will be ideal for new managers or as a refresher.

The training will cover:
- The performance cycle
- Skills to agree goals and measures
- Monitoring performance and giving feedback
- Identifying and addressing development needs
- Dealing with problem situations
- Managing the discussions and the paperwork
