A manufacturing company required a learning development strategy to guide long term planning. Cadence partnered with the organisation to develop a strategy covering staff in production, logistics, manufacturing, research and management. The strategy integrated initiatives aread in place, steps for implementation and the budget implications. Cadence supported internal staff to through the approval stage and they are currently implementing the strategy.
Cadence underook a needs analysis preceding the implementation of new processes into a government department. The needs analysis led to a complete rethink of the proposed learning approach and a move from workshop based training to a self directed approach supported by resources, coaching, and case studies. The implementation proved successful and took far less resources than originally planned.
An industry group required a learning framework for seven professional groups and a strategy for providing support to a number of organisations. Cadence developed the framework, identified the key issues (training and non-training) and made recommendations for implementation.
Cadence has also provided training and coaching to learning and development professionals in a range of organisations on how to develop strategies, plans and undertake training needs analysis.
