Leonie is a born facilitator. Her entire career has been dedicated to education, training and development. She began working life as a teacher and then researcher but quickly found her true calling of human resource training and organisational development.

She is a problem-solver who is passionate about seeing people and businesses grow and change. Her extraordinary empathy ensures sensitivity to the unique needs of your business.

With more than 20 years experience working with people and facilitating knowledge and understanding, Leonie has what it takes to work with you and your staff to bring about positive and lasting organisational change. She has special interest in projects that involve the development of training plans, needs analysis, management training and development, coaching and mentoring and cross-cultural communication.

Whilst Leonie's extensive experience covers both the public and private sectors, her corporate background ensures an informed understanding of the business objectives and performance requirements of your organisation.
